CarVibe Pvt Limited is a growing vehicle trading company specializing in importing and selling cars in the UK. We also operate an online marketplace where individuals can advertise and sell their used cars for free. As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business operations.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and industry regulations.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records management.
• Handle administrative tasks such as office management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Support senior management in workforce planning and organizational development.
• Maintain a positive workplace culture and foster employee engagement.
• Liaise with external HR service providers, legal advisors, and recruitment agencies when needed.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in the automotive or e-commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience in handling remote and in-office workforce management is an advantage.
